Position Details

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Must be comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day
  • Involves light cleaning and maintaining classroom readiness
  • Encourages collaboration with fellow staff and active engagement with children

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to be certified)
  • Experience working with children (preferred, but not required)
  • Desire to learn and grow within the Montessori philosophy

Important: All employment offers are contingent upon completing a post-offer background screening, Basic TB test, fingerprint check, and online training. Random drug testing is also conducted.
