Elementary Instructional Aide - Full Time (willing to train)

Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
- Must be comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day
- Involves light cleaning and maintaining classroom readiness
- Encourages collaboration with fellow staff and active engagement with children
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to be certified)
- Experience working with children (preferred, but not required)
- Desire to learn and grow within the Montessori philosophy
Important: All employment offers are contingent upon completing a post-offer background screening, Basic TB test, fingerprint check, and online training. Random drug testing is also conducted.
